We’re independent, which means that we’re not ‘captive.'  Captive agents are beholden to the interests of insurance companies, and as such as unable to care for clients and deliver the personalized services that independent agents can.  This is one reason why we became independent.  Another reason is that as independent agents we can offer coverages from different carriers.  Coverage from different carriers gives clients greater varieties of choices and helps us customize policies.  Customization ensures that each policy we write is designed specifically to meet the needs of an individual policyholder.  Meeting the needs of individual policyholders means delivering the right deals; full coverages, the best prices, and effective and efficient services.  We wouldn’t have it any other way.
